Exhibit Building Check-In

Rules and Regulations

1. Exhibitors must be a resident of Newton County, or a member of a Newton County 4-H, FFA or EHC Club. Each exhibitor will be issued an ID number that will remain the same for every entry and will be assigned the same number year after year if possible.

2. All articles and products must be the work of the exhibitor and should NOT have been exhibited in previous years. Articles must have been completed within the previous year.

3. No exhibitor shall duplicate entries in any class within a department

4. Unfinished or soiled articles will not be accepted.

5. Rules and regulations for the department apply to adult and junior exhibitors.
